StrategicRetreats is a leadership and management development firm providing seminars, workshops, keynotes, facilitation and executive coaching services to organizations and individuals who want to grow and thrive.

Real growth comes from a combination of reflection, learning from others and committing to do new things. We believe the best way to do this is to retreat. That is, to step away from the day-to-day activities for a few hours, a day or even several days, depending on the type of change that's needed. At our retreats, successful leaders share lessons learned or we facilitate discussions that result in new ideas you can apply immediately. After the retreat, we follow up with coaching so you get the results you want.
